Patient Reception

The front desk can be a very busy and at times a chaotic function. Our Patient Reception screen is an easy to use patient management tool, which will ensure effective patient check-in.

• The patient reception screen allows the user to work from a single workstation screen that monitors the work flow and tasks associated with patient reception.
• A color coded schedule displays the status of appointments, basic appointment information, co-pay amount and check-in time.
• Color coding also indicates patient arrival/check in status as well as same day schedule changes.
• Select button option allows you to register patients and allows you to print encounter forms, new patient information forms and existing patient information forms and labels.
• Ability to generate patient specific lists of all same day appointments.
• Automated co-pay posting feature at Reception Desk
