Our Operations Services group is there for you handling all of the critical processing, while you’re focused on the business activities within your practice. The Operation Services group:
- Schedules all client processing
- Direct client-to-operations communication for cycle and EOM processing schedules
- Performs and monitors all system and data back-ups
- Schedules, with client, all refund check, collection referral, and similar special jobs
- Transmits all electronic claim files to EMC payers
- Receives all electronic remittance files from EMC payers
- Manages all batch interfaces with hospital or other systems
In addition ClinixMIS has a staff of experienced software developers who know the healthcare industry. Our Software Development Services group:
- Provides support for all production programs
- Develops new programs and user interfaces
- Assists Client Service in research of client questions
- Maintains corporate programming standards
- Maintains system documentation

Printing and Mailing Services include:
- Primary claims that cannot be filed electronically are printed and mailed nightly by the CLINIX system
- When a claim is adjudicated and a patient balance is owed, a statement is set up to run with the next billing cycle. You determine how many billing cycles you want to have in a monthly period
- After sending a number of statements (which is pre-determined by you), CLINIX will automatically begin sending pre-collection letters that you have designed
